Bad customer service

I'm actually not happy at all with eskort Gezina customer service ,I was first served by a tall lady few weeks back who had eyelashes and a curly wig I don't know her name , I was tlkng on a phone and I put my busket on her till then instead of her taking the items properly 1 by 1 she just picked up the whole busket throw out my things n they scattered on the till ,she didn't even bother to greet ....so on Wednesday I was at till NUMber 2 assisted by Mpho who didn't greet me ,she was busy talking to her friend in till number 1 she wasn't paying attention to me until I said to her please assist me , customer service is very important ☹️....I wanted to let this go but I see that if I really do that this will continue and it's not good for the business , please train this two women customer if they really need or admire their job
