Power outage for 5days already

Blue Downs resident staying with a 91 year old grandma and a disabled brother whos been without electricity since 23 May 2023. Been to the Bellville offices but no technician came to investigate. Went to Polkadraai site again on the 29 May 2023 and the security refuses to call one of the technicians onsite. Its pathetic service you have stupid robot. When you call they leave you hanging, when I eventually got through to an operator she dropped the call.
