Is EskomSePush becoming as bad as Eskom?

My suburb has been showing “no outages” for months now whilst load shedding is on going. After several emails to EskomSePush via the app and contact e-mail the problem remains, and I have not once, received any feedback regarding this matter. EskomSePush provides a great service, but I am very disappointed in the fact that they have never come back to me, never mind the fact my suburb still shows no outages!
