Zero customer care from Eskom

We've been out of electricity since Monday and been calling the contact centre twice a day and been told they are going to send someone to my area ('Mission Location) to fix the problem till to date Eskom we haven't heard or seen anyone from Eskom. This is frustrating, no electricity and food going off
