You're one in a Million Tshepiso Makgoka

<p>Excellent service is rare these days, but when I called Eskom this past Tuesday, the 08th of August, I was reminded how... that feels. What a 5 star service I received from Tshepiso Makgoka. To cut the long story short.</p> <p>I bought pre-paid electricit y at Pick 'n Pay on the 28th of July 2017 and the voucher did not go through. I though maybe there was something wrong with the voucher, I decided to buy another via Cellphone banking and that one did not go through. The Consultant I spoke (I don't want to mention her name) before I spoke to Tshepiso was a bit relunctant to help and log a call for a Tech to come and check my meter (she logged a call for a faulty meter) and guess what no Tech came. I had no electricit y for one day, but I called to follow up I came through to this wonderful person who took her time to take me through (step by step) troublesho oting, She was calm even when I was shouting at her and never spoke back but did her best to assist...i mmediately before I could hang up both my vouchers were loaded and my electricit y was recharged</p> <p>She moved beyond her best and handled this query courteousl y. People like her deserve a standing ovation for they work diligently with all that they have. From the bottom of my heart I want to say: "THANK YOU TSHEPISO MAKGOKA" I salute you. May God elevates and richly bless you in every area of your life. Eskom you have a Gold in Tshepiso.. .keep it shining and nurture it</p>
