you call, email, sms and leave voice message no one can attend to you or leave the message

<p>i'm very sadden that i decided to reach out by calling, emailing, sms and leaving voice mail message but no one is getting back to me. i'm a responsible citizen and i pay for my bill every month therefore when i need service i expect to get hold of you. how do you have so many options for one to get hold of you but still you cannot be reached on any of them, rather cancel and have one only. i'm experiencing power problems and its weekend i need to have power to also avoid my food not to be rotten. i checked with my neighbours and they do not have power as well. can someone call me asap to resolve this matter as when people dont pay you are quick to switch off. Or are you guys off to Saxonworld to say good bye to your co- ex CEO Molefe and why is that affecting me as a resident.</p>
