Worst service very disappointed

I'm very disappointed with their service, our meter box went blank and the power went off, we reported the loss via telephone on Sunday night, till this day (2 days later)no one has showed up, everytime we make a follow up we are told a technician will be appointed. Our food is gettingʻ rotten.. I'm very upset. We are desperately ij need of help and it seems no one iss willing to help, our neighbour's and everyone in our area has lights only us
