Worst service from eskom

Don't have electricity I'm my plot. All I have is a pole with a transformer. I called eskom several times and the eskom complaints. They sent the technician who promised to come back till to date. I went to the Belabela office which is the servicing office their client service is closed though there are personnel working in the offices. I tried explaining to the security my frustrations and if they can get me a senior who can assist they said they can only take my numbers and give it to the technician till to date.
