Worst service ever ESKOM EMPLOYEES

Struggling from the beginning of April to put account on a debit order. A month has gone by, every week I remind them of it, (don't want electricity to be cut off because of no payment). I have been talking to two employees who stated they can help me, called again today and now she's telling me that she don't even work with the debit orders (after talking to me for weeks about the debit order that she will make happen). Other employee is not even replying on e-mails.

Can't keep my cool about it anymore. I'm about to explode. Don't understand why they have no sense of urgency.
