Worst experience ever at the hands of Eskom

Such Bad service from Eskom Customer care.

I have not had electricity since Friday. I called on Saturday morning numerous times and was told that Mnandi Technicians would come through to assist. Nobody showed up the whole day and when I called in at around 18:00 on Saturday the lady I spoke to advised that contractors don't work on weekends and my reference number ********** 25 had been closed off as done which was not the case. The previous consultants that I had first spoke to never advised that there are no Technicians on Weekends and I was given the impression that someone would come though.

It is now Monday 14:56 and I still don't have electricity and I am waiting for these Mnandi Technicians. I requested for their number from the Eskom rep that I spoke to so I can atleast call them and find out what the delay is and I was told Eskom call centre does not have numbers for these guys.

What a joke. !!
