worst customer care

<p>Eskom mnandi has the worst service I have ever seen.I've been calling them since last month trying to have our meter box replaced because its faulty every time you call the customer care line I was given a reference number or job number but nobody ever comes so I'm in the dark since I have over 8 REFERENCE numbers yet every time I call I get a difference agent and a different job number.How can I resolve this matter because we are really suffering in the hands of people who don't wanna work. HELP!!!!!!!</p>
