Worse service from Eskom

it has been 2 days since Eskom promise us to come and fix on the pole, we have reported and have ref number also , reapetadly calling them and we even went to their office in Muledane, still nothing has been done, when we call them their response is , we must do the follow-up again, we can't cook, or bath properly as we are relying on our electricity, it has been dark days and no one is assist us or willing to .we don't know where else to go or do.we no longer have airtime to call since we always spend more than an hour on the line holding and after that we have been told ,the technician will come. no one came.
