Worse service for Eskom Client,unhappy client

Eskom office at makhado and call centre has no service to Eskom client. We have been out of power for 4weeks and we have report the issue at Eskom office in Makhada,via Alfred chat and Eskom call center. Email the Eskom managers,national and Executive. They keep promising that they will send technician,but they havent sent. We are still in the dark,still stranded while we dont have power.dont we deserve service because we are paying for electricity.we have someone with medication that need to be stored in fridge, which is life threatening and Eskom does not care at all. Cant we be assisted
