Worse custom service

The worse customer service ever, they're so arrogant and they make feel that they're untouchable as Harry said to me that he can not transfer my call or put my call first priority as I have the reference from the 6/6/24,till date nothing is happening we're in the dark in this cold weather, eskom should train their staff and I so wish we get another company for electricity cis eskom has failed in many ways and people are paid for being rude unfriendly when we call, worse part Afred the robot is not working right as u log into it and u get no reference number u do a follow up at the end it tells u that it didn't get correct inform and takes u back to main menu🤯🤯🤯🤯
