Without electricity - faults not attended

At Mndeni South, in Soweto we reported a fault to Eskom on the 5th of January 2023, reference number 604 393 192. The electricity went off when sparks were coming out of the Transformer and the transformer switched off. We have been calling Eskom daily since and as at 18 January 2023, we still have not been assisted. The unfixed Transformer is a danger to the community and houses have been without electricity. We have received a lot of subsequent reference numbers such as 604 664 362 and 604 823 970 etc. This is unacceptable!!
