Wicked Eskom emoloyees

It has been 5 weeks now since our transformer burst, we were advised that only last week did the admin department place an order with the Lanseria office apparently that's where orders are placed. Last week one of our neighbors called the office that took up our matter and they advised that they will not attend to our plea, because the residents in this neighborhood don't buy their electricity (they want to teach us a lesson, Cosmo City Text 0 residents), my question is what about the people that have been buying electricity, is their right to electricity now being trampled on by people that feel they are going to play gods to residents? It's winter for goodness sake, there are children that have to be bathed. Are people not subjected to be buying generators (with what money) after being fined R500 already and it's been paid? Eskom is taking people for a ride, it's sad to know that this is what our forefathers fought the Apartheid regime for us to endure.
