Why pay rates

I have never seen such disgusting customer service. i have logged several technical fault all of this ***, ***, ***, were resolved, yet nothing was ever resolved, no one will care enough call you to give you feedback, Is Eskom really excepting commuters to contribute towards service they supply, when their are not for us.
