Where is the money

I support eskom with all this load shedding that is being implemented by the power utility people of south africa this is not eskom's fault how can you do maintenance on any equipment is people don't pay eskom so to prevent any further damage to equipment pay eskom their money that is due to them. Where is the pre paid money that we buy from the municipalities WHERE IS THE MONEY GUYS. ESKOM WE KNOW YOU ARE DOING THE BEST YOU CAN TO KEEP THE LIGHTS BURNING THANKS.
