WHAT A JOKE !

What a joke ! They are owed R31 billion and are only now threatening to cut off power to a number of municipalities. For days now, 24/7, the lights have been on in the crescent in which I live ! And we have to pay for this ! Enough is enough, High time for power to be privatized in South Africa !
