We need our box to be fixed

Eskom Elliot in the Eastern Cape they are not doing their job at home our electricity box was strike by lightning and they came and fix the box which was no fixed. I called them everyone at home called and we went there they promised to come and never come to fix our box. It's been six months now the only give us references not help. I called East London Eskom and they called them but nothing has been done
