WE NEED HELP WITH ELETRICTY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I am writing to formally complain about the prolonged electricity outage in our area. since the end of January after the severe storm. our community has been without electricity; we were informed that the transformer was burn during the storm. I have reported this issue multiple times through customer care and I have received several reference numbers. I have also personally visited the Eskom offices in my area every week to follow up on this matter. unfortunately, as of today 9 March, no technician or official has come to inspect or repair the transformer. each time I follow up, I do not receive a clear respond about when the issue will be resolved. this situation has placed serious burden on our households, as we have now been without electricity for more than a month, we rely on electricity for daily living, food storage, safety and other essential needs. I kindly request that Eskom urgently investigate this matter and send a team to repair or replace this matter and send team to repair or replace the damaged transformer as soon as possible I would also appreciate receiving clear feedback regarding the progress and expected resolution time please the reference numbers for the reports I have made below ***. ***. ***. my cellphone number is ***. I am based in Dundee KwaZulu natal, the village that don't have electricity is nyanyadu willis Farm, i am also not sure if we not being considered for help maybe because we are from the farm places.

Dear Eskom

Thank you for acknowledging the receipt of my query. however, I would like to request feedback on when the review and resolution will take place. this issue was first reported at the end of January after the storm that damaged the transformer in our area. Since then. I have reported it several times and even visited the office in person but there has still been no inspection or update as of today we are still without electricity this situation has caused serious inconvenience to the community. could you please advise when the relevant department will review the matter and when can expect a resolution. I tried all Eskom channels that you provide if you are looking for help but none of the channels are willing to help us. no one is taking our case serious every day I am calling customer care, and I will be promised that my matter is reported someone will go and attend, days will pass weeks will pass no one is willing to give us help and it not like Eskom does not know that we need help it because we are from disadvantage please rural areas. we do not deserve any attention from them.

Dear Eskom

Thank you for your response and for confirming via the call that the matter will receive attention on Thursday. we appreciate the update. however, we would like to kindly request clarification on the producer that will take place on that day. since the community has been without electricity since the end of January after the transformer burnt, it would be helpful for us to understand what process will be followed when your team arrives.

could you please advise.

- what activities will be carried out during the visit (inspection, audit, or repair)?
- what should be affected community members expect on the Day?
- is there anything that the community needs to prepare or arrange in advance?

this information will help us ensure that the community is ready and that the process runs smoothly without any confusion or surprises.

we are looking forward to your response and to the progress on resolving this issue.
