We are having electricity issues

I'm very disappointed with what Eskom is doing to us, I stay in Ebony park, it's been 4 days without electricity and it is very cold not to have electricity at this point. I called more than 5 times and they always say the matter is resolved of which is not true. Can someone please help, I really don't know what to do.
