Want my Units

On Tuesday (2016/03/01) I had a problem with my Electricity box and I called Eskom to come an fix it. Eskom removed the old box and installed a new one. Old Meter number is *** and I had 254 units and the new box number is *** and they only gave me 5 units and promised to refund my units. Till today I'm still waiting and when I call them they keep promising to call me back yet they don't. <br> <br> I want my Unit back because I don't have money to buy other units. I need my 254 units back please
