waiting too long for electricity that is already paid for

<p>on the 6th April 2016 My father paid R5150.00 for the new electricity for his new house in Bodibe Rakgolo section in Northwest and he has been going back and forth at Eskom offices and no one seem to help him, instead he was told to wait for 120 days for electricity but he was never told that in the beginning.</p> <p> i am very unhappy with the service he got because he's old he cannot be going up and down at eskom offices whereas he paid for that Electricity </p>
