WAITING ON TECHNICIAN UNTIL KINGDOM COME

<p>we have been waiting for a technincian to be sent to our house since the 10th of of May . we have logged an incident and when we follow up on it was closed but no one was sent to our house. every time we call for an up update they say they will send a technician in 4 hours but when you following in 5 hours is the same story the technician will come. no one comes. incident gets closed . we have been without electricty for 4 months now. the melectricty trips (comes for only 5 minutes and goes) this has been happenin every day and our televisison set is damaged becasue of this. I am so fustrated and its not even fair because this is not on.. CAN ESKOM MAN UP AND GIVE SERVICE to the people who deserve it and STOP THIS CHILDISH and UNHUMAN ACT and ASSIST US. if there was another service provider we sure get one but we are stuck with you guys please assist us. </p>
