WAITING FOR REFUND

When I bought my house I registered for electricity and Eskom deducted the money immediately!!! Now I have to wait more than 6months to get a refund and still haven't recieved anything... They don't anwser my call, they don't reply to my emails, they don't comunicate at all!! PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET MY REFUND BACK FROM ESKOM
