Waiting for meter box installation from Eskom for over 2 years

We had a meter box at our home in lady Frere and it got damaged. We app**** for a new one and that was in 2017. Even today Eskom Lady Frere center has not sent an electrician. For the past 2 years we have been calling their call center and we are told every time we must wait 2 weeks and if electricians don't come we must call again. This has been going on for 2 years. We going to the 3rd year and still no meter box. We are ****ed now. We can not go to the 3rd year without electricity whereas we paid for a meter box 2 years ago. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
