waiting for Eskom to Install electric meter

Good day, <br> <br> I am so frustrated together with my mother. We requested last year around May for Eskom to come and install a new electric box to our new home, they came in last year with the box but unfortunately there was no door and windows. We quickly bought those things and we called them again then they came and they told us we need to remove a tree before they can instal then they left we removed the tree. We have been waiting for them since last year. I called personally last month called again Eskom call centre and the guy who was assisting me told me within 6 hours the Eskom Technicians from Cofimvaba will come. We have been waiting since then. <br> <br> Please Eskom do not take an advantage on our parents because they stay in rural areas and they don't have information to complain about you. My Mother even told me that she is stressed by you guys I mean I can understand because she feels like you are ignoring her or you don't want to assist her and other people on the neighbourhood are living a nice life with Electricity. Please better stress me not my Mother. <br> <br> I hope this will be taken seriously and as an urgent matter because I'm not happy at all just like my Mother.<br> <br> Thank you
