Waiting for almost 1 and four months for the installation of the eskom box

Hi kindly please assist me. My mom have app**** for a new eskom meter box instalation. She app**** for it on the 20 February 2020 mpumalanga kwandebele then she received the reference no ***.then the promise that as soon as the received the stork for boxes since they were still waiting for the stork. They will come and make messurement. The whole of 2020 has finished without any action taken, we hv traveled to their offices on their firms to tell them that we AR still waiting but still no luck. Always making the calls to *** but still no luck. Then on the 15 April 2021 I laid a complaint witch I was rep**** on the 19 April 2021 reference *** they sent the letter of showing that they have received the complaint in their site and started to send maintenance people to make messurement on the 21 April 2021. They ever since that we are still waiting for the installation of the eskom meter box and it only my home place in my site's we don't have electricity. Then I made the follow up again on the 11 may reference no *** but still no action. We are tired of calling and still no action has been taken into our matter. The letter we have received from them on the 21 April 2021 they was the number *** for makutuma mothiba to be used but we tried to call those numbers and no one is answering it. And they was also and emergency number in the letter as well *** it was also not answered at all. Kindly please assist us to get they new Eskom meter box instalation plz. To all our troubles of trying to let them know that we are still waiting by complaining and calling, we just only received they call just onced.
