Very poor service

What should a person do to get help from eskom???? E-mails have been send many times along with documents as requested,but nothing is happening.... Its been a year now.... Eskom is not taking us serious 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
