VERY DISSAPOINTED
we have been experiencing a power outage since last week Friday. my neighbours went to ESKOM in kraaifontein to bring this matter under their attention and they were told that they will fix this by monday. Monday came and my mom personally went to eskom and never got a satisfactory resolution. its been 7 days without electricity. my son called and they said they will escalate the matter and get back to me but that was never done. here is the reference number i got from eskom kraaifontein ***
