VERY BAD SERVICE NOT RESPONDING TO THE REF NUMBER

On Sunday evening my electricity power went off which Monday morning i reported the matter to Eskom and late after 3pm it was back , when i got home after 5 PM it was dark again. This is not load shedding its a secate breaker problem which they said on the outside pool.<br> Ref no *** was given on Monday night and ref no *** was given today, the matter is still not resolved as they claim they cant get hold of othe technicians.<br> Is Eskom gonna be liable to pay for my meat and the rest in the fridge bought Saturday as well as my condition of getting sick due to this, and having a highly pregnant woman in the house in this cold giving birth anytime from now.<br> My groceries is off which i bought Saturday ***5 for R-+ 2500.00 including meat Eskom must repay back all this<br> Does Eskom know how urgent is this matter<br>
