VERY BAD SERVICE BY ESKOM

My name is Modiba MM and I stay in Burgersfort Praktiseer. I reported a fault of no electricity at our own village on the 5th February 2024..Until now we didn't get any help and our goods are getting spoilt. My ref no is ***.Can somebody pls tell Eskom to tell their people to come and help us as we are paying their salaries..
