VERY BAD SERVICE

<p>We have been truggling with a transformer for 2 years if not more and all Eskom does is bridge the transformer instead of changing it. We spend sometimes 2 weeks with no electrician to come sort out our problem even after reporting the fault, no means of communication whatsoever that we get from Eskom. Yet we buy electricity every time. </p>
