Very bad service

On the 12/11/2025 two guys were busy outside in eskom box connecting the new houses close to me, so when they left my prepaid box was blank . I tried to call eskom but I was always caller number 8 or 4. Eventually I got hold of them and Sunday and they gave me ref no. Im with no electricity because of Eskom , I cannot even even go to work meanwhile they are working. Xhanti Jacob's not picking up his phone and he supposed to be complains that nees to be escalate
