very annoying service of Mogwase technicians

Since past 3 months they stole our power supply cable so we did report as required so always when I check with Eskom customers service they'll say that the reference has been closed as they did helped us where's they are not telling the truth. Now my question is how could they close a call whereas they didn't help us and why they are supplying bad service to community? It's there any one to contact to give me answers?
