Very annoyed client

<p>Last year November i went to your Butterworth offices to apply for electricity. The lady that was assisting me took down my detials. I would go thre often to check on my appliction and it were different stories everytime. Fast foward to today the 01 March 2017 she tells me, she said i should go do it telephonically. Had she told me that i would have along time ago. I'm about to lose a contract because i don't have electricity at my establishment... Had to re apply the whole thing now and im told i have to wait 6 more months. </p>
