Vandalism - Somone is gonna die from this if you dont do anything

Hi there,

I need your help in reporting a neighbor of mine who has managed to open up the “danger” electricity box and has now connected his home electricity to it (so he can get free electricity)

This is causing problems for a number of people in the row of houses and is dangerous for kids playing outside.

I have taken a few pictures of what it looks like and will be happy to send them to you at your request.

The other concern is that we have been reporting this over and over and no one is doing anything.

The question I have is that, must a child be ****ed from being electrocuted or a house burn down before you can take any steps in helping us.

Also, this is causing a lot of electricity cut off

Pleas assist or direct me to the correct person who will be able to assist
