Utterly disgusted

I really don't even know how to describe my experience. I feel like i was taken from pillar to post and i've been **** to as well. I don't have electricity and its been 3 days now going to 4 days tomorrow. I called Eskom to tell them about my problem and i was told the matter has been escalated and a technician will help me within 7.5 hrs, but now its way past the 7.5 hrs and we are still in the dark and no technician came through
