Useless Eskom Newcastle

Eskom Newcastle is a joke and a ****. The technicians are clueless and useless. They're quick to issue out invoices for you to pay for their incompetence. I've been without power for two weeks now after their underground cable exploded and nearly cost a life. This one technician came to disconnect the cable 3 days later and never came back to reconnect power to this day. I've been in and out of their disgraceful and lousy office. They've been making countless promises to send their pathetic technician to reconnect the cables but no one has shown their sorry face here.
