Useless Eskom employees

The service Eskom provides is pathetic. We reported our meter box that it was faulty and we don’t have electricity and it’s been 6 days we’ve been calling the call center numbers they just a useless bunch of people that they get paid for doing nothing. The box still hasn’t been fixed we been waiting for Eskom people till today. It’s so upsetting we need assistance we can’t do anything without electricity
