Useless Eskom

My grandmother has not had electricity for 3 weeks. My grandmother did not bridge and she is buying electricity every month. Eskom technicians came but there is no solution. The last one that came promised to come back this week (Thursday) which was yesterday, he did not come and there is still no feedback. The service is pathetic considering that a loyal citizen who did not bridge has to suffer like this and not be made priority. All her groceries went to waste.
