Useless Eskom

I have app**** for a prepaid meter on the 18 September 2023 and send all documents on the 17th October once again. Up to date no one had been in contact with me even if their procedure confirms that it would be a process which does not take longer than 30 days. If you do not pay your bill they are fast to disconnect your power. Useless and pathetic
