USELESS ESKOM

Without power for more than 72 hours. Mother in law on oxygen and has to rely on generator which is highly expensive for a pensioner and cant afford it anymore Cant give our cattle water Fuse link was dropped from transformer phoned at 6:30 and still no response Eskom doesnt answer telephone calls

Have 2 reference nrs and nothing gets resolved

Account is up to date, if we dont pay they switch it off
