Useless eskom

We haven't had electricity for a week now and when i reported the power cut problem the lady that answered was rude and said i don't have any right to demand for help from Eskom and yet we buy electricity .. what's the point of buying electricity when we get treated like **** and when we have issues we don't get help #soweto-thulani.
