Useless

We have been without electricity for over 8 days now and no water as we live on a Plot. They took 4 days to put up a new Transformer, but it is faulty and now they don't come back. Every day we phone in at least 5 times. In the morning they say we are scheduled for the morning, but when you phone in next time they say they only have 5 technicians for the area and are very busy. What I don't understand is that we get scheduled for a slot, but then they just change their minds. They get increases upon increases, yet they don't have technicians. If there is ever a Competitor comes to South Africa, Eskom will be no more, as no one would support them. Unfortunately for us they have the monopoly and are owned by the Government, so there is nothing you can do and they get away with ******.
