Useless and unprofessional Eskom technicians.

I Have reported the incident at Eskom during May about Meter box that went blank and the electricity is not working at all. Eskom kept on giving me reference number and finally in the 10 June 2020 they sent one of their technician and what he did was the worst, take out the wires that are closing the box and said he will come and change the Meter box but till now nothing is happening.

No electricity in the house and yet the danger he expose us on by doing what he did and left.

I'm totally grossly disappointed on Eskom. Below are some of the reference number they sent me with no help at the end-: *********
