Urgent need of power

I live in cape town infomal settlement January 22nd our shacks burned we have been calling, visiting eskom til this date we have no electricity. When we query on the website they state query was resolved on the 28 Feb . We sent several appeals nobody is attending to our situation. We are very angry and tired nothing seem to be working for us. Your service is extremely poor😡
