Upset due to poor service

We called on 25 sep to advise we don't have electricity we received a reference and they advise turn around for technicians is 7hours it is Thursday 30 September and to date we don't have power you call the eskom contact center the phone just rings since Monday what kind of service is this we need to speak to someone to find out what's happening
