Update of meter

I called eskom this morning for assistant as i am struggling to buy electricity.i was caller no 97 and by the time they have to assist me , the person drop my phone without help. I don't know what to do by now. I submitted all documents required by email by September and also this week on Tuesday also. I don't have electricity , need help please
